The emblem of the Order of Tranquility which was formed by Teshu. The orange circle at the top and the chinese character represent fire which is symbolic of the ideal samurai fight on the battlefield. They believe in order to be the greatest samurai you have to be like a conquering fire on the battlefield. The gray Chinese character and circle represent air which is symbolic of the ideal ninja. They believe in order to be the best ninja you have to be silent like the wind. They should be hidden and unseen on the battlefield just as the 2 fingers are in the hand symbol. The blue circle and Chinese character represent water which is symbolic of the ideal monk. They believe in order to be the strongest monk, you have to be like still like water. As the hand symbol shows, you attain through prayer and meditation. In the middle is the golden gauntlet which is Teshu's, the bringer together of these 3 forms and elements. During The Great Eastern War in Asia, Teshu was a commander. When he was converted to Christianity he sought to bring about peace. He went throughout Asia assembling the most powerful forms of martial arts and their masters. After beating each master in battle and proving himself, he brought them to an uninhabited island where he established the law "Whenever possible, preserve life". In his passing away, he became a great legend and the Island still remains inhabited.
